Return & Replacement Policy

We provide consumables that cannot be resold once they leave our facility. Because of this, we maintain a strict Replacement-Only policy.


Key Terms

  • No Optional Returns: We do not accept returns for "change of mind" or buyer's remorse.

  • Damaged or Defective Goods: Returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • No Refunds: We do not offer monetary refunds. All valid returns will be replaced with the same item at no additional cost to you.

Requirements for Replacement

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must meet the following criteria:

  1. Original Condition: The product must be unopened and unused.

  2. Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original, intact packaging.

  3. Proof of Issue: You must provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect within 24 hours of delivery.
